Excellent location, very good property for large family home or develop as B&B !!!

This solid two-storey house is situated at the end of a quite and peaceful village only 6 km away from the historical town of Karlovo. It offers 225 sq.m of living area, equally distributed between the two floors.

First floor: two good-size sunny rooms (the house faces south) plus a kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Second floor: the same layout plus a nice big balcony with an outside staircase leading to the first floor.

Enough parking and caravan space is available. The road leading to the property is dirt and providing year-round access. A lovely view opens from the house towards the Balkan Range, the fields and the village. The village has all the basic amenities – food shops, restaurant, cafe, a post office and regular buses to the nearest towns. There is also a very popular hotel with swimming pool and restaurant open all year round. The whole region is ideal for rural tourism and recreation.

Rental potential is on the increase due to the area being popular with hiking with trails leading to the Stara Planina mountain from Kalofer, Karlovo and Sopot. The area is also popular for mountain biking, fishing, hunting and paragliding.
